To manage the training delivery service of insurance product and implement all schedule training courses. Plan, develop and provide training and staff development program, using knowledge of the effectiveness of method such as classroom training, demonstration, on the job training, meeting, conference, and workshop.
Coordinate with HR on staff broker license training for new and renewal of annual license.
Major Accountabilities
Responsible for implement all training courses for insurance team and related department as scheduled
Responsible for design, delivery and continuous improvement of training program, assessment and evaluate outcomes.
Prepare and manage training deliver services within approved budget of department.
Develop testing and evaluation procedure.
Develop and organize training manual and other educational materials.
Analyze training needs to develop new training program or modify and improve existing program.
Supervise broker license training for sale force and insurance team.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields
5-8 years of experience as Trainer with insurance business preferably in motor insurance
Good knowledge of insurance products/regulations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
