-Experience in implementing MS CRM applications, must have experience of at least 3 end to end CRM implementations.
-Extensive knowledge in designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365
-Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, , Javascript, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and Flow etc.
-Expertise in installing, administrating, deploying and troubleshooting of online instance
-Strong experience in data migration/integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc.
-Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM solution on hand-held devices (Tablets and Mobile), Outlook clients, O365 apps integration etc.
-Hands-on experience in D365 Customer Service module and Omni-Channel integrations
-Experience working with Azure DevOps and creating CI/CD pipelines for highly customized applications
-Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery will be preferred
-Must have working experience on Power Platform canvas and model driven apps as well as flows. Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies etc.
-Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
-Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution.
