About the role:
- Supporting New Business Manager on researching, identifying and pitching to prospective agencies and brands to achieve the department's revenue target
- Able to identify the new brand opportunities or trends that led to the revenue opportunities
- Able to sense the needs or inquiries from the brands with the clear understanding
- Become the strong team-player to support the project in providing suitable offerings that correspond with the clients requirements
- Prepare business cases and effective data to showcase with the brands, agencies or clients
- Proactively service clients and retain strong relationships with all key accounts
- Execute the implementation of campaigns/activations to ensure excellent delivery of all deal obligations
- Prepare post-campaign reporting and case study deck to summarize the deal's key highlights
Desirable Traits:
- Bachelor degree or relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Strong business development experience for at least 2 years with proven track record to deliver commercial results.
- Work experiences in a creative agency or branded entertainment environment is ideal.
- Prior experience working in a client-facing and/or sales role will be an advantage. Existing network of brands and agency contacts is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, extensive experience in client presenting / pitching and negotiating skills.
- Creative and innovative. Ability to understand and identify new brand opportunities.
- Good problem-solving skill and strong attribute in time management
- Passionate about music is a super plus
