Role Overview:
- Research industry trends, propose solutions, and translate designs into technical requirements.
- Lead innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities at industry events and oversee material innovation pilots.
- Promote agile, iterative methods within the team for effective execution.
What we need from you:
- Extensive and hands on experience in new product development
- Good understanding of design, materials, and fashion trends
- Strong leadership skills and stakeholders management skills
- Knowledgeable in engineering & product development (NPD or NPI) field (and/or hold bachelor's degree in engineering)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, ability to work with an international team with dynamic culture and environment
