Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage hotel contract uploads, udates, including special price offers, while ensuring clear communication with hoteliers.
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to secure the best rates and conditions.
- Apply analytical thinking to address complex situations, ensuring smooth contract management.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen focus on timely follow-ups and meeting deadlines.
- Work effectively under time constraints, ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to complete a contracting task from start to finish, including negotiations, rate loading, inventory management, and content management.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in the travel agency or hotel industry, with a solid understanding of booking, contracts, and pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for data management and process optimization.
- Good command of English, with excellent communication skills to work within an international team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of clearly conveying intricate concepts.
- Strong results orientation, collaborative spirit, and ability to work in a disciplined and organized manner.
- Knowledge of the Bistro app is highly preferred.
