Job Summary:
The job entails coordinating with relevant departments to drive sustainable development within the group of companies and to disclose sustainable development outcomes in line with internationally recognized standards such as GRI, CGR, CG Code, SET ESG Guideline, IFRS, UNGC, and UN SDGs.
Job Description:
- Plan and support the implementation of new sustainability frameworks or in line with changes, including preparing plans, data, tracking processes, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor, gather, and analyze sustainability performance indicators.
- Prepare annual sustainability reports and interpret the content for communication purposes and report compilation.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from receiving the design brief, designing solutions, presenting to the team, making adjustments, and ensuring timely completion until project closure. Liaise with internal teams, external organizations, and manufacturers to ensure quality, goal alignment, and adherence to specified timelines and budgets.
- Collect data and performance results from relevant units and prepare supporting documents for meetings and meeting summaries, such as the Sustainable Development Management Review meeting.
- Coordinate responses to various sustainability assessments, such as SET ESG Rating, S&P Global CSA, and KYC assessments for various funds.
- Design digital and multimedia materials related to company sustainability, such as movie clips for inclusion in Sustainability Reports and SD work promotion on websites.
- Compile presentation materials and relevant data related to sustainability management within the company's framework.
- Support CSR activities, including designing print media related to digital media for organizational and social promotion or other media design tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Management, Innovation, Environmental Engineering / Science, Industrial Engineering, SSHE or a related field would be beneficial.
- 0 -2 years of experience in sustainability planning, reporting, and project management is typically required.
- Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and conducting sustainability assessments would also be valuable.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and assessment tools may also be required.
- Ability to design digital and multimedia materials to effectively communicate sustainability initiatives and achievements to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability performance indicators.
- Stong written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English are essential for preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders, and presenting findings in managing projects from initiation to completion, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners, adhering to timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Good interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
