Execute Capacity analysis Tool, Analyse the result, Anticipate potential risk related to capacity outlook and propose solution to prevent capacity constrained.
Calculate safety stock levels of Casted part, Spare parts, Plastic and Stamping to meet demand forecast, update to ERP system.
Monitor New Campaign hand-over status, Ensure that new campaign item are ready before order placment timeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on New Campaign status, Production order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate actions to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock
Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities.
Communicate efficient and effective with all stakeholder.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, industrial management, or another relating field.
1-3 years of Capacity Planning experience in Planning/Supply Chain role.
Good in English both verbal and written.
Experience with ERP system (e.g. AX, SAP)
Good at Excel, Power query, Power BI
Possess with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
Highly flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs.
Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
