Job Description

The position can base in Southeast Asia( any country) and also base in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities:

Sales Management: Be responsible for overall offline and distribution business in Southeast ASIA Market.

Market Expansion: Develop and maintain an offline distributor network in Southeast ASIA Market., identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Distributor Management: Build and manage relationships with local distributors, ensure sales targets are met, and optimize the structure and efficiency of the distributor network.

Brand Planning: Develop and implement product branding strategies, including market positioning, brand promotion, and marketing activities.

Brand Influence Enhancement: Increase the brand's visibility and influence in the local market through market research and consumer feedback and adjust brand strategies as needed.

Sales Support: Provide product knowledge training and sales support, assist distributors in improving sales performance.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics, provide data support and market insights for company decision-making.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, handle customer feedback and issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
