This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential projects and clients through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Prepare and submit well-crafted proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, or other communication channels to clarify project details and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal preparation.
- Maintain a database of clients, projects, and proposals for future reference and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT, software development, or digital marketing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and project management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
