Prepare and manage reporting of (non-financial) key performance indicators (KPI) (both of local and regional KPI) to customer on monthly basis.
Develop an understanding of operation processes which are related to Key performance indicator report.
Keep a cutting-edge view on pivotal issues, analyzes massive quantitative data with advanced techniques
and effectively communicates ideas to drive prompt, impact generating actions across the organization.
Identify and resolve issues systematically, response to responsible person at immediately and collect feedback for further modification.
Collect and develop Sales analysis report provided to Principal on monthly basis.
Manage any change requests related to the reports to meet the timeline and ensure the information accuracy.
Collaborate with and contribute to peers and teams as the information exchange center.
Gathering operations information for further analysis regarding to adhoc assignment/Project.
Assist Principal Service Manager to find the solution / information required from Principals.

- Bachelor Degree in business administration, Statistics, or related fields.
- 3 - 5 years business analysis working experience.
- Advance excel modelling and power point skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Relation Management preferable.
- Good Communication, interpersonal and prioritization skills.
