About The Role
You'll be working closely with our operation and customer service team to ensure all orders and shipments are handled within the allotted schedule and are aligned with company standard.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist operation team with product packaging and preparation.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders for customers.
- Maintain and administer inventory control.
- Support with maintenance of logistics policies and procedures.
- Responsible for daily sale orders, preparing shipping documents, and arranging appropriate transportation for sale orders.
- Verify the accuracy of the store staff's product arrangements.
- Record transportation and stock transfer data in the Zort system completely and accurately.
- Check the receipt of goods from suppliers on workdays.
- At the end of the workday, review dispatched orders and update stock records in Excel.
- Record monthly flower sales data for government reporting.
- Report working hours for part-time employees.
- Report cash on delivery (COD) shipments with Kerry Express.
- Record revenue from in-store sales to report to accounting twice a month.
- Manage the purchase of consumables (tissues, paper, stationery, etc.).

- You have good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to ensure free flow of company logistics process.
- You are proficient in Thai Language and have basic English speaking skills
