Operational Planning Manager in Bangkok we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll manage the
short to long term planning for all aspects of services operation such as materials, headcount, depot facilities, tooling, risk, delivery, operations and the customer. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business.
You'll specifically take care of
development, maintenance and execution of a detailed plan and budget but also day-to-day coordination and direction of planning related activities across multiple functions.
We'll look to you for:
- Management of the contractual deliverable related to load, capacity, and delivery.
- Leading and participating in the development and progress of the project, ensuring the business is continuously adapting to meet operational requirements through long term strategy.

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- In depth understanding of load and capacity planning, lean concepts and six sigma, operational knowledge of vehicle maintenance, data analytics skills, materials management knowledge.
- Strong cost reduction and process improvement with particular focus on headcount efficiencies and creative production principles.
- Understanding of concepts and procedures in product safety and a good knowledge in related disciplines
- Disciplines include; Project Requirements Documentation, Contract Deliverable documents and Supplier Contract Arrangements, Vehicle Operational and Maintenance Regimes, Vehicle Maintenance Schedule, Maximo/Intraxis/Burst, Maintainability, Availability and Life Cycle Costs, Condition Based Maintenance, Incident Management Procedure, Safety Management Systems, Penalty Modelling and Contractual Reliability Regime, Requirements Management Tool, Requirements Management Process, Cost Benefit Analysis, Duane Modelling, Fault Tree Analysis Methodology inc. Common Mode Failures and Human Reliability, Tool, Reliability Requirements Definition, Goal Structured Notation.
