Job Description:
As an Operational Specialist at Flow Yacht Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diverse range of services, including dealership, brokerage, fractional ownership, and charter & membership. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects to guarantee seamless customer experiences and efficient internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Facilitate sales transactions, assisting sales team with documentation, and compliance.
- Charter & Membership Coordination: Assist in coordinating yacht charters and memberships, managing reservations, scheduling, and logistics.
- Office Administration: Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to documents and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of transactions, contracts, and communications, ensuring completeness and accuracy for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of operational experience, with a strong preference for experience in the luxury goods, hospitality, or yachting industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
