Job Purpose/Overview:
- Being as a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day of Production, Engineering, Project, and operational functions of Company business.
- Execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership. This position reports to the CEO
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Drive company results from an operational and financial perspective.
- Work with the Deputy CEO on company roadmap, budgeting, forecasting
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- Proven ability to supervise and manage Global Food Manufacturing plant.
- At least 5-7 years working experience in a Multinational Manufacturing in Food, FMCG, Consumer Good products.
- Strong technical background especially with Processing.
- Able to manage multiple complex projects/ OEM projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Controls, Experimental Design, and Quality Systems for medical devices.
- Able to be based in Southern of Thailand.
