Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor at Drive Car Rental in Bangkok. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow, coordinating with different branch locations, implementing and improving processes and policies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to optimize operations such as vehicle utilisation and revenue to improve business performance.

• Experience in operations management and overseeing daily operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using operational and analytics tools
• Knowledge of automotive industry and car rental operations
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Experience in car rental business or the transportation industry is a plus
