Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager at RGF Solutions. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring efficiency in supply chain logistics. While the role is primarily located in Bangkok City, Thailand, the position allows for remote work flexibility.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process optimization and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management and strategic planning
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• English proficiency is a plus
