Steam Cleaning is preparing to launch our newest branch in Krabi in February and seeks an experienced Operation Manager to lead this venture. This role offers a unique opportunity for a candidate with a solid background in hotel management, team leadership, and client relations to advance their career within a rapidly growing and trusted brand.

Position Start Date: January 2nd, to ensure seamless preparation for our February opening.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations, upholding the highest standards of service

Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team, instilling a culture of excellence

Cultivate strong client relationships and tailor services to meet local needs

Drive operational efficiency through effective use of field management software

Partner with senior management to achieve branch goals and long-term growth

Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated experience in hotel management or a comparable leadership role

Strong skills in staff recruitment, training, and management

Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai

Proficient with field management technology and software

Holds a valid driving license and possesses in-depth knowledge of the Krabi area

High professional standards, with strong references

Ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to advance in a career-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive starting salary of 50,000 THB plus bonus
