In this position you will...

  • take the lead and oversee the entire coconut operation, driving peak efficiency across all processes. You will be the champion of continuous improvement, ensuring both cost-effectiveness and a safe, clean work environment. Proactively identify and implement innovative methods to consistently elevate the quality of our coconut products

You will be responsible for...


  • Planning and organizing staff tasks and managing shift schedules effectively
  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and timely delivery
  • Organizing production schedules, prioritizing safety, cost control, and quality control
  • Identifying and solving operational process issues, collaborating with support functions for cross-functional solutions
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting resource usage (machinery, manpower, raw materials) effectively
  • Ensuring the effectiveness, compliance, and implementation of GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 and other relevant standards
  • Implementing and maintaining good manufacturing and technical practices
  • Reporting on operational performance metrics, including throughput, downtime, and incidents
  • Complying with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in food technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a manufacturing plant. (Experience in the food industry or FMCG is a strong advantage.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work in manufacturing environments, independent, result oriented & disciplined.
  • Willing to take challenges, multitask, plan effectively and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results.
  • Able to follow the operational procedures and prepares strategic plans to ensure adherence to departmental standards
  • Able to develops or updates operating strategies, plans, or procedures
