Job Description

Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant Should be having min 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Should understand Business Requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Specifications, and Technical Design Document using AIM/OUM. Should have strong functional knowledge on: Global HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Workforce Compensation Cloud Should have worked for at-least 2 End to End implementation and support experience. Should have knowledge on FBDI loads. Should conduct CRP, UAT & SIT, training to business users and support for post go-live phase. Should have excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
