As a Order Management Lead, you will be responsible for...

Responsibilities:

Order Management

  • Organizing, reviewing, and managing order entry in ERP (BPCS, SAP) and ensure orders are being executed on time, meet MOQ, palletization and within the right lead time to suppliers.
  • Regularly maintaining and updating latest order status and share with customers on a weekly basis.
  • Responding and resolving timely issues and delivery blockage to mitigate and have minimum shipment delays.
  • Ensuring documentations are on provided on time to customers before shipment arrival at destination port.

Customer and Operational Excellence:

  • Prompting communication to customer on short term supply or logistics constraints if any to manage orders, shipment arrival, stock holding and customer expectations.
  • Responding timely to customers inquiries, ability to provide the right and efficient recommendations and solutions to customers related to supply and logistics.
  • Proactively working with customers, commercial and demand planning on forecasting demand to prevent out of stock products.

Reporting:

  • Preparing visibility on order progress and delivery, as well as service performance, following company's KPIs
  • Monthly GSV closing report.
  • Maintaining order tracker files and monthly/weekly routine reports as assigned.
  • Providing necessary reports to comply with Global KHC policies.

What you already have...

  • Education Background: Business administrative or any related field.
  • Education Level:Bachelor's Degree minimum, Master's Degree an advantage

Working Experience:

  • 5-8 years minimum of Supply chain and Logistics operations.
  • Excellent in organization skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in relevant ERPs (SAP, BPCS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Other Specific Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success
  • Good in English proficiency

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with multinational stakeholders
  • Ability to take ownership and take initiatives.
  • Energetic & Creative to ideas
  • Self-motivated, team motivated and result oriented.
  • Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
  • People management skills.
