Tasks
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts
- Support in structuring the company's holding
- Provide guidance on immigration law for foreign employees
- Advise on various legal topics related to business operations
Requirements
- Current law student (3rd year or above preferred)
- Strong interest in business law, contract law, and immigration law
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
