Soliciting and onboarding both local and overseas clients
Initiate the public relations and respective marketing plan to maximize the firm benefit
Create and implement the marketing plan through the respective marketing tools from time to time and
Representing the firms in relevant events, including but not limited to chamber events.
Practice Management
Maintain stable relationships and communicate with clients during engagement, including handling conflict management
Direct and strategize the collection to maintain healthy financial stability
Operating the feasible budget for both cost and revenue, including coordinating with the accounting team for the financial forecast from time to time and
Coordinate with other partners to achieve mutual goals and create a harmonious and collaborative working environment.
People Management
Managing associates in dispute resolution practices, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management from time to time
Direct and/or litigate the major case during the court procedure up to completion
Provide a feasible direction and strategy for the on-hand matters from time to time and
Coaching and developing both the soft skills and hard skills of team members from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degrees in Law from both Thailand and aboard
Possesses the lawyer license to qualify as a litigator in the court procedure
Minimum five years experience in a professional services firm
Ability to navigate public relations and respective marketing toward the revenue
Being a client person in terms of engagement management
Outstanding personal and people management skills with a commitment to the team and
Engaging in long-term equity partnerships with the sustainable development strategy.
