Support Product Strategy Team in PartnershipBusiness Line for new product initiatives, feasibility study, product approval and portfolio management to meet company target
Prepare product proposal and presentation for new prospects
Conduct Post-launch analysis such as Portfolio analysis, Claim experience analysis, incentive analysis ,and etc
Prepare report for insurance market updates, product movement in the market on weekly and bi-weekly basis and providing analysis as request
Coordinate front Line and back office for End-to-End product development and implementation process.
Ensure the launch of new products for all channels meet the set timeline.
Support Product Strategy Team for Market Research & Development on new product and new initiatives
Perform other assignments and ad-hoc assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement
Qualification:
Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Experienced in Life insurance product with minimum 1 year (for Senior Staff Level minimum 5 years) in Life Insurance or financial industry
Self-motivated, organized and able to work under pressure
Flexible and willing to acquire and implement new skills
Good presentation, campaign/ project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English both written and spoken
Microsoft office e.g. Word, Excel (especially create formula and pivot table), PowerPoint.
