We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pastry Cook to join our creative culinary team. This entry-level position is essential in producing delectable sweet treats that enhance our high-end floral and gifting services, providing an exceptional experience for our customers as we continue to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

Pastry Preparation:

• Assist in preparing and baking a variety of cakes, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods under the supervision of the Pastry Chef.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all products.
• Learn and develop skills in dough preparation, batter mixing, filling creation, and the art of making macarons.

Decoration and Presentation:

• Support in decorating and assembling cakes, pastries, and desserts with attention to detail and aesthetic appeal.
• Learn various techniques such as piping, glazing, icing, and macaron assembly to enhance the visual presentation of products.
• Ensure all finished products meet the companys quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, or patisserie.
• Formal training in pastry arts from a culinary school is a plus but not mandatory.
• Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent. Culinary education in pastry arts is preferred.
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of baking and pastry techniques.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills under the supervision of the Pastry Chef.
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and adapt to new ones.
• Personal Attributes:
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Language:
• English conversational and fluent in Thai.
