Payment Operations Specialist to lead operations in Thailand and manage the payment processes effectively on the ground.

Responsibilities
- Request and collect invoices from partners.
- Reconcile received invoices with internal records to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the payment process by preparing necessary documentation and submitting it to the finance team.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of invoices.
- Verify the mathematical accuracy, legitimacy, and completeness of transactions before filing them under each partner's name.
- Act as a liaison between partners, business development team, and the finance team to ensure smooth payment operations.
- Support partners based on their needs and maintain strong supplier relationships..
- Resolve payment-related issues in real time to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Thai.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- At least 1 year of experience in payment operations or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, manage projects, and drive results
