Responsibilities
As a Payroll Senior Manager, you will operate as part of the team within the Business Services & Outsourcing line of service. You will assist the team in providing quality client services, meeting business objectives, and supporting other priorities.
It is expected you would have developed some understanding of the following technical areas:
- Deliver monthly and annual payroll services.
- Handling admin tasks related to accounting support; payment voucher/petty cash record for accounting.
- Prepare payroll report/tax report/social security payment report/provident fund report.
- Payroll-related technical issues to clients and internally including labor laws, taxation, personal income tax, social security, etc.
- Monitor and keep tracking payroll data to ensure all data are updated and accurate.
- Dealing with a government department.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years experience in relevant field.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
- Computer literacy in MS office especially MS Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and strict deadline.
- Strong analytic and numeric skills with high accuracy.
