HR Planning

  • Manpower planning and analyze resource planning to support the organizational chart of each business unit

Recruitment, and Resignation / Termination


  • Recruitment
  • New joiners process
  • Orientation for Firm
  • Health Insurance
  • Probation process
  • Annual evaluation arrangement
  • Payroll Information (monthly)
  • Annual check-up arrangement
  • Resignation/Termination process
  • Social Security in and out
  • Transfer employees process
  • Record and maintain employees information/profile

Employee Relations and Welfare


  • Work rules and regulations
  • Disciplinary action
  • Communication/announcement
  • How it's going management
  • Working and Leave Policy
  • Company outing (or others)
  • Initiate firm activities/team building to maintain good relationships between the company and staff
