Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identifying training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively
2. Ensuring that the department is aligned with the companys strategic goals and objectives
3. Conducting regular performance evaluations of individual employees or groups of employees to measure their progress toward meeting goals and achieving objectives
4. Providing coaching and feedback to employees on how they can improve their performance
5. Evaluating employee performance to determine who should be promoted or demoted within the company
6. Creating employee evaluation forms and conducting performance evaluations
7. Determining employees compensation levels based on job performance and experience
8. Monitoring employee attendance to ensure that employees are regularly showing up for work on time
9. Participating in hiring decisions by conducting interviews with candidates and reviewing resumes and applications
10. Attendance & Biometric Discipline
11. Recognize and reward high performers & create high performance culture
12. Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with company policy
13. Assist in the development of succession plans for key positions on your team
14. Participate in special projects or initiatives as required
