We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand.
What you'll Do:
- Responsible for running and optimizing app acquisition campaigns. Closely monitor performance app acquisition of responsible campaigns and perform on-going analysis, learning, reporting and optimization plan for active campaigns/activities to ensure KPI achievement.
- Work closely with media planners and marketers to develop effective online media buying plans to ensure KPI achievement as well as manage execution and budget allocation.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvement and tracking tools when needed
- Take the ownership and initiate optimization strategies.
- Analyze and develop reports for performance tracking and optimization. Draw heavily from available data and sound assumptions for your conclusions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on business trends and results for timely adjustment for strategy changes.
What you'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or any related discipline preferred
- Experience with Facebook Ads running and performance optimization is a must.
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer and/or other MMP is a plus.
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet
- Strong analytical skills and isn't afraid of deep dive analysis.
- A start-up mindset, willing to work hard and do whatever it takes to get things done sometimes under pressure but usually in a dynamic environment!
- Willing to learn about new concepts and methodologies.
