Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our vibrant marketing team within the e-commerce domain. This role presents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the intersection of healthcare and e-commerce, contributing to the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven marketing campaigns. These campaigns aim to boost the visibility and effectiveness of our healthcare services online. Ideal candidates are those driven by a desire to leverage digital marketing in making a tangible difference in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our e-commerce platform.
• Support in creating and optimizing ad copy and content for performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels, under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, analyzing data to gauge success and areas for improvement.
• Gain proficiency in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, applying data analysis techniques to enhance campaign performance.
• Work collaboratively with the design, content, and account management teams to ensure seamless campaign operations and execution.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Keen on merging interests in the healthcare industry with digital marketing to build a rewarding career.
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
