Introduction of Company : GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (P) a reputed an ISO 9001-2008 & ISO 14001-2015 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and with 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating facilities.

DESGINATION : PLANT COORDINATOR.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow with operation and ensure to closed the orders before firmed date

Raising issues /delays with operation to complete the orders in time

Getting daily Dispatch clearance from sales in order to achieve the targets

Provide the prompt communication to sales about the order readiness status

Follow up dispatch team to ensure the loading and truck leaves in time

Responsible to follow Tool room and operations for Sample submission and the same follow with sales for order execution

Keep Monitoring the WIP and FG status in variable stages

Monitoring the closed CO-s and arrange the dispatch clearance in time

Maintain the daily Order intake and follow up operation based on CDD

Ensure the right Packing cost while releasing the CO

Closely coordinating with finance to close cos before expiry of LETTER OF CREDIT.

Closely coordinating with logistics and packing and dispatch team for timely delivery.

Dealing with customer issues related to shortage ,damage and quality issues in tandem with quality and P & D.
