Plant Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage factory budgets, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of department managers and staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to align production schedules with business goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to address any issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in factory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
