Job Description
- Planning, implementing, evaluating employee and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Work closely with HR & Operations leaders to understand business needs to design an effective strategy to organisation design and prepare required reports for the management.
- Designing and implementing policies related to engagement, attraction, and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the site.
- Manage recruitment and on boarding process.
- Lead Learning & Development as well as conduct training activities.
- Direct performance appraisal systems to ensure competitiveness & compliance with legal requirement & competitive market.
- Help to create a positive work culture to strengthen employee engagement scores by proposing and organising events/activities.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation and change management.
- Experience in handling factory HR operations
- AA factory experience will be an advantage
- Computer operating skills in MS. Office especially Excel
- Ability to interpret ERP data and make recccommendatiions back to management
- Good command of English - speak, read and write
