Plant Overview: The LiquiBox Thailand business was acquired by SEE in November 2022 as an addition to the SEE Food Packaging portfolio. The facility generates $15M per year in revenue and its products enable additional revenue opportunities for other SEE locations supplying the consumable materials. The site specializes in BiB design, manufacturing and technical service utilized in wide variety of applications.
Position Overview: We are looking for an exceptional leader to be our Manufacturing Plant Manager in LiquiBox Thailand site located in Chachoengsao.
The Manufacturing Plant Manager will oversee all daily plant operations while driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. The Manufacturing Plant Manager will lead overall production and manufacturing, ensure policies and procedures are followed and inspire, develop, and engage employees at all levels.

Operations Management:
- Oversees operational performance in Plant Management, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), Quality, Production, Operational Excellence, Maintenance, and Engineering to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations by ensuring quality product at a lower cost / service, on-time delivery and producing eco-friendly product in safe manner to meet society requirement on environments.

- Overall Supply Chain Management and Operational Leadership to ensure plant performance and productivity is meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Maintain sustainable performance targets in Quality, Production, Operational Excellence, Maintenance, EHS and Engineering aligned to overall Supply Chain strategy and goals.
- Oversee planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
- Develop an operational excellence system including coaching and leading continuous improvement activities throughout the plant.
- Increase production, asset capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

Financial Management & Analytics:
- Works with Finance Department Head, and Sales team to complete aggressive yearly budget and submit for leadership approval.
- Review with finance team on all costs and expenses, making sure they meet and exceed the budgeted EBITDA.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Collect and analyze data to report on plant effectiveness.
- Increase revenue by meeting customer demands with zero issues.
- Identify and implement the organization's short- and long-term business planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Optimize methods that ensure service levels, inventory and resource utilization are in line with corporate production, expenditures, KPI's and goals.
- Drive overall profitability by addressing complex issues and devising and delivering Lean processes.
- Streamline manufacturing productivity planning focused on customer schedules and demand as well as release planning that ensures inventory and service level agreements were maintained.
- Analyze all available data and report out plant effectiveness along with continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements and Skills:
- BS degree in Engineering, industrial engineering and science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or on a similar capacity
- Proven managerial and leadership experience.
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skill
- Fluent in verbal and written communication in English and local language
