Job Summary:

- Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track plant performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

- Inventory and Resource Management:
