Job Summary
PMO for Wealth Management and Bancassurance Division will be responsible for overseeing the structure management, capability release planning, delivery dashboard management, governance, and IT project management within the wealth management sector. This role will support change management, engagement, and HR-related activities to ensure the successful delivery of impactful deliverables and interdependency mapping.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure Management:
- Develop and maintain the organizational structure for project management.
- Ensure alignment with the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
Capability Release Plan, Impactful Deliverable, and Interdependency Mapping:
- Create and manage capability release plans.
- Identify and map interdependencies between deliverables to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure impactful deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
Delivery Dashboard Management:
- Develop and maintain the PMO Delivery Dashboard at the capability level.
- Create and manage the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) Dashboard at the squad level.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Governance Management & Way of Work:
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks.
- Implement and manage check points and check-ins to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Assist in change management and engagement activities.
- Support HR-related functions including capacity and capability management to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet project demands.
IT Project Management:
- Oversee IT project management activities specific to wealth management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, leveraging best practices in IT project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
