Job description
- Primary Bank and Credit Cards Acquisition Marketing is looking for a Portfolio/Segmentation marketing expert to join our team to tailoring marketing strategies to reach specific customer segments effectively to convert non activate to active, not active to active, increase spending and offer upsales to exist customer base. We are looking for qualified candidates to take ownership and be responsible below
Customer segmentation
- Understand & conduct in dept customer research and analysis to identify distinct customer segments based on demographic, behavior, needs, categories and financial goals
- Influence decision making by demonstrating the value of segmentation
- Develop & Maintain & Continuously evaluate and refine segmentation models to ensure their relevance and effectiveness
- Pilot innovation approaches and measure the impact
Marketing & Go To Market
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for each segment, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Craft targeted marketing campaigns and messaging specific to each customer segment.
- Implement dynamic content & promotion strategies that adapt in real time based on user interactions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, ROI) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop regularly report on segmentation and marketing campaign results that aligned with business objectives to senior management.
Cross functional
- Work with finance for P&L approval before launch campaign and realization after campaign end
- Collaborate with product development and other cross functional departments to create relevant solutions, offerings and execution for each segment.
- Collaborate with business unit (legal, compliance, market conduct) to check T&C and regulation before launch
- Marker / Checker all materials & fullfillment
Deliverable / target / measurement
- Business volumes (Portfolio active, contribution)
- Performance marketing (Engagement, take up rate, contribution after campaign end)
- Campaign realiazation, & performance
- Train & Manage team to acheive business target, deliver tasks within timeline, manage complaint over day to day basics
Qualification.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in digital marketing and 1X1 direct marketing
- Prior experience in banking, financial services with familiarity with credit card and portfolio, or a related industry is advantageous.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign planning and crafting targeted messaging with focus on customer retention and drive revenue growth
- Prior marketing experience in online B2C platform and mobile application highly desired
- Experience with strong data analysis skill to understand customer and apply optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and excellent communication skill to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Think beyond execution and contribute to the overall business
- Exposure to senior management responsibilities, such as presenting insights and driving strategic decisions.
Certification
- Consider certifications related to marketing, data analytics, or project management.
