Purpose:
Thailand and New Markets marketing team oversees marketing activities in Thailand, Indonesia, India, and New Markets. To spearhead the Cluster PR and communications strategy and develop brand image and awareness of Club Med
Responsibilities:
1.Lead full year PR strategy for Thailand and New Markets cluster
- Create PR strategy for each Thailand and New Markets to support brand's development in line with their marketing strategy
- Own and lead PR plans for the cluster (Events, PR opportunities, Global initiatives, KOLs, local and global Press releases)
- Manage all aspects of public relations and corporate communications initiatives to keep brand momentum on the market
- Be the PR expert for the cluster and point of contact for our ESAP PR team (including for crisis communication)
- Manage Cluster PR network, agencies and media Relations
- Track PR value for each market
2.Establish relevant brand partnerships, influence and events to increase brand awareness and positive perception
- Develop brand partnership plan to support the cluster marketing strategy and reinforce our story telling
- Develop a yearly plan of KOL unescorted trips aiming at highlighting brand's key strengths
- Main lead for the cluster events: plan and execute events in markets (selection of guests, itinerary, interviews opportunities if needed, REX), coordinate participation to regional/WW events
- Coordinate, prep and drive PR mileage of the Cluster top management as spokespeople for the brand
3.Excel at communication to align with brand standards
- Develop and oversee internal and external communication campaigns including press kits, press releases, PR briefs, copy
- Be the executive communication referent: ad hoc speeches, internal posts etc
- Develop and oversee key campaign materials: copy, EDM, social media posts, partners material
- Be the spokesperson of the brand for external parties when needed
4.Lead the social media strategy for Thailand and New Markets cluster
- Develop a yearly social media calendar for Thailand and New Markets
- Develop social media posts according to campaign plan and ensure follow up with relevant teams to ensure brand visibility
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing with a focus/interest on PR
- Possess 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury or hospitality/travel industry
- Experience in promoting and engaging consumers through all social media including Facebook, Line, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.
- Experience in producing engaging social media communications content
- Experience in managing PR, PR agencies and relationships with key partners
- Excellent command in both verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
