*Responsibilities:*
- Assist sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities for EcoSoch's solar products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and website inquiries, providing accurate information about EcoSoch's offerings and services.
- Coordinate with sales team to schedule meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations with prospective customers.
- Prepare sales-related documents, proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales process.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems with relevant information.
- Follow up with customers after sales meetings or demonstrations to gather feedback and address concerns.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with business objectives.
- Stay informed about EcoSoch's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt and effective communication.
