About Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Consultant with expertise in retail ecommerce systems implementation to join our team. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams, understand client requirements, develop innovative solutions, and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our retail ecommerce systems.
• Act as a subject matter expert on retail ecommerce platforms, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Presales or technical sales roles, preferably in the retail ecommerce industry.
• Understanding of Marketing Automation platform or related technologies.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
