Presales Engineer

Job Title: Presales Engineer/Consultant - Software Development Tools

Overview: As a Presales Engineer/Consultant specializing in software development tools, including IDE, CI/CD tools, and UX/UI tools, you will play an important role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise to support potential or current customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our software solutions, and to show the ability how our offerings will address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical consultation:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their software development, CI/CD, and UX/UI needs and challenges.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on how our software solutions, including IDEs, CI/CD tools, and UX/UI tools, can address these needs effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to fit the requirements of the prospects.

1. POC Development:

• To develop and execute the proof of concepts to show the value proposition of our software solutions in scenarios.
• Work closely with resellers or end users to ensure the POC aligns with the objectives.

1. Technical Support:

• To be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries
• Address customers questions and concerns regarding the functionality, and integrations.

1. Competitive Analysis:

• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the software development tools market, including competitors products.
• To conduct comparative analysis of our products and competitors products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software development tools industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Proficiency in using and demonstrating IDEs, CI/CD tools, and UX/UI tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
