This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Responsibilities
1.Support the technical support work, such as preparing product solutions, solving technical problems, conducting product presentation, etc.;
2. Responsible for bidding work, including technical issues solving on the bid opening site, and achieve the target together with the sales staff;
3. Complete information collection, collation and analysis of related industries;
4. Conduct technical training and guidance for sales staff, agents and key customers according to business needs.
Qualifications
1. Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or related majors
2. Have at least 5 years experience as presales and have a background in telecommunication, especially in Tetra, DMR P25, LTE or other telecommunication standards;
3. Good communication skills. Fluent in English as a working language (Conversation and Writing)
4. Behavioral skills: excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of urgency, dynamism.
