Responsibilities
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Cooperate with other sections to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Diagnosing problems in production and providing recommendations and training.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible to find the Improvement project to support company targets.
- Responsible for a new process, new technology, and new equipmen implementation.
- Responsible for jobs related to support prototypes, production, and customer projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in a technical role; Foundry preferred.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel analysis and presentation.
- Fluently with Auto Cad or some drawing program.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to read and produce technical reports and diagrams of manufacturing processes.
- Ability and willingness to work with all levels of the company.
- Ability to contribute to manufacturing strategy.
