PROCESS ENGINEER
ABOUT THE JOB
In a team of 15 based in our historical Rayong manufacturing, you will work on the most innovative products of Laundry category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Creates, issue, updated & control the work instruction (WI)
- Implement, control & cooperation with R&D Engineering to proceed any of part changes (ECN) due to new part introduction, additional part, changed part due to cost saving, improved quality, process improvement and others
- Provides & control the necessary Equipment, Tooling, Jig, Fixture and Spare Part to each process station
- Implement the process improvement in term of quality & higher efficiency to production
- Evaluates and implement the trouble shooting into the production for corrective the production line
- Support & trains to production line to implement the new model introduction
- Issues, control and maintain the products to achieve the product specification
- To create, issue and evaluate the production process for higher efficiency, improved, maintained the quality of products, control and provides the Tooling, Jig, Fixture to each process station
- Implement EPS ( Electrolux Production System )
- Company with all ISO standard
- Response to reach the best efficiency and quality for the testing area (Balancing Testing process, Failure analysis of product testing, Documentation and methods testing process)
- To be responsible that Test station, Equipment, Tooling and workplaces, (To be sure everything are ready for used, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration test station, Quality and efficiency improvement)
- Coordinate with Electrolux Professional group such as LY
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field and Experience in Appliance business
- At least 2 years experience in Process, Product, Manufacturing Engineering in Assembly Manufacturing
- Experience in assembly process background
- Strong production manufacturing production knowledge, Lean and Machinery knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
