Process Engineer

Job description :

Important elements of company include: Sand mining via trucks, conveyors, and hydraulic mining. Processing of sand by grades, stockpiling and loading. The most critical component is the operation of the sand washing and grading facility.

Responsibilities

*Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes specifically a sand washing/grading and processing operation from inception through to start up and certification. We also have interest in other methods and avenues of adding value to sand including drying, crushing, bagging, removal of metal oxides etc.

* Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data

* Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes

* Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output

* Manage cost and time constraints

* Perform risk assessments

* Provide process documentation and operating instructions

Eligibility & Requirement

MSc degree in Engineering

10+ years experience in Sand/construction/glass industries
