Overall Responsibilities And Duties
- Improve Final assembly process to increase capacity and eliminate quality issues.
- Review Work Instruction, PFMEA, Process flow, Start-up check sheet to support new model and current model.
- Support new model trial and generate summary report.
- Validate new Jig/Equipment and new process of new model and current model of Mass Production.
- Validate floor line layout.
- Conduct Line installation and qualification.
- Train operators referring to standard documents
- Support Customer audit
- Conduct Capacity calculation and report for current and future demand from customer.
- Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, Cycle time analysis, Line balancing and Manpower planning.
- Poka-Yoke implementation and maintenance
- Coordinate with R&D team for software upgrade and sustenance
- Trial of new process and new sample build.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum education level: Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Experience
- Experience: minimum 3 years in Electronics (Display Audio, Camera) Assembly for Automotive application
Skills
Skills and Compentencies:
- Knowledge of Production System Efficiency basics
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading).
- Good organization, good attention to details and can work in minumum supervision
- Posess global and Quality mindset.
