Roles and Responsibilities of Process Executive:
Identify the needs of the customer and give them an appropriate solution
Quickly respond to the customer queries related to the products via emails, chat or phone
calls
Communicate with the concerned authority to update bottlenecks in the product so that the
manager can resolve it nimbly
Update the recent customer conversation details and technical issues in the appropriate
database for future references
Handle all product related data works to the assigned clients
Follow-up the customers to ensure to collect feedback for all technical and non technical
issues which are resolved.
Qualifications for Process Executive:
Experience: Freshers (up to 2 year can also be accepted)
Should have splendid reading, writing and speaking communication skills in English
Must have a bachelors degree.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good Analytical Skills.
