Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at CJ Supermarket. In this role, you will identify and implement process improvements throughout the organization. You will work closely with department managers and staff to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze current processes within the organization to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to improve processes and increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with department managers and staff to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify and address cross-functional process issues.
- Develop and present process improvement proposals and reports to upper management.
- Collaborate with IT department to develop and implement software/tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Process Improvement, Buyer or related field.
- Experience with low-code platforms such as Appsheet / Power apps/ Kissflow is a plus.
- Experience with the Retail Industry is plus.
- Knowledge of modern management systems such as balance score card, KPI, Competency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau is a plus
- Being flexible and adaptable to changing plans, priorities, and ideas to suit changing circumstances.
