Main Accountabilities
Procurement part
Develop and implement comprehensive material and production plans to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and maximizing resource utilization.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions and also record data correctly.
Maintain accurate records of data in SAP which effect with inventory levels, production activities, and material transactions using appropriate software systems.
Generate reports and provide regular updates on material availability, production status
Overseas suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries to ensure that goods come in on time and follows up on undelivered goods to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems.
Prepares shipping documents in the system.
To co-ordinate with other operation section that concerned in order to achieve the target.
Promote safety and awareness among suppliers to follow HSE rules.
Other related job assignment.
Planning part
Conduct regular assessments of production capacity to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Support
Support SLOB management project or other required projects if assigned.
Support saving procurement project.
Qualification
- Have an experience in procurement/ planning 1-2 years.
- Good English communication skill.
