Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist (Merchandise) at AIS is responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement activities for retail products and services. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential suppliers, conducting market research and competitor analysis, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relatedfield
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail procurement and a similar role
• Strong understanding of procurement and retail principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication in English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
